Eunice is ready to welcome her third child!

Eunice is married and has two children. When talking to Eunice, she recalls her first two pregnancies being very difficult as she struggled because she couldn’t afford care for treatable diseases. Now with her new antenatal care kit, she has the protection she needs against malaria, anemia, waterborne illnesses, and intestinal worms.

Each antenatal care kit includes a mosquito net to sleep under, water treatment drops to provide clean water for her entire pregnancy, a laboratory test for ongoing evaluations of maternal health, and medications including malaria prophylaxis, deworming, ferrous sulfate and folic acid. In addition, mothers visit the Med25 clinic each month during their pregnancy to receive maternal education and check ups from clinic professionals.

Eunice has two sons and they are very exciting to have a younger sibling, boy or girl. The day Eunice received her antenatal care kit, she was also treated for malaria. Now having the prophylaxis she needs to protect herself and her unborn child, she hopes to have a healthy pregnancy. Thank you for your support in helping Eunice protect herself and her family!
